1. Over head press.
2. Barbell upright rows.
Superset with single arm lateral raises.
3. Seated Arnold press.
4. Frontal raises with a plate.
5. Rear delts on pec deck/fly machine.
6. Cable face pulls.
7. Bicep curls. On cable.
8. Tricep extensions. On cable.
10. Alternating bicep curls. Dumbbells.
