Loving life even though it rains 70% of the time here lol - note to self, don’t come to the Caribbean during rainy season 🌧🌴 still beautiful and so good to get away from everyday life. Been maintaining my workouts and eating better the last couple of days 🙌🏼 it’s hard to find the balance of letting yourself go and keeping up healthy habits when you’re on holiday. Think I’ve found a happy medium 👏🏼 (which involves eating less junk during the day but letting myself eat whatever at night time)

Nach der ganzen Rechnerei heißt es jetzt die Zahlen umzusetzen: was sind 1.700 Kcal? Welche Lebensmittel sind „gut/schlecht“? Was ist, wenn ich nicht tracke?
Mit all diesen Fragen beschäftige ich mich in den nächsten Beiträgen. Denn jetzt geht es darum, deinen täglichen Kalorienbedarf in die Tat umzusetzen.💪🏽🌱

Es gibt verschiedene Wege einen Kaloriendefizit zu erreichen: Low-Carb, Low-Fat.. Was das beste für DICH ist, kann ich dir nicht sagen. Das musst du für dich herausfinden! Es muss auch gar keine super hippe „Diät“ sein, bzw. es ist wichtig, diese wenn dann, richtig anzugehen!💡

Denn eine Diät gibt es in meinen Augen (für den Nicht-Bodybuilder) nicht!!! Es gibt nur eine Ernährungsumstellung, die langfristig Erfolg hat.🔝

Natürlich ist der erste Schritt in die Ernährungsumstellung eine Art Diät: du willst ja zunächst abnehmen und dafür muss deinem Körper irgendetwas (egal ob Carbs, Fett..) fehlen, damit er die Speicher auflöst. Deshalb sei dir bewusst, dass jeder Kaloriendefizit (egal in welcher Form) zunächst einmal immer VERZICHT bedeutet.☝🏽
Denn von iwas bekommt der Körper weniger, auch wenn das erstmal nur heißt, dass du einfach weniger isst.

Denn das langfristige Ziel ist: deinen Körper so einschätzen zu können, dass du nicht für immer alles tracken musst und du deine Balance findest. DU musst deinen Körper und deine Grenzen kennen lernen, das kann dir leider niemand abnehmen.😯

Deshalb sollte dir unbedingt die Langfristigkeit am Herz liegen.♥️

The gym was once my number one priority.

In 2016, I worked out 7 days a week, drastically altered my eating regimen and chose working out over socializing with friends. I lost 30 pounds and also lost my period. I put my body into complete shock just to look good in a bikini. I was down on myself when I would miss a day at the gym and hated myself for cheating on my meal prep. I was stressed.

Today, I look at fitness very differently. My workout routine isn't perfect and completely irregular. Some weeks I workout 6 times, others twice depending on my schedule. I eat whatever I can within budget and iced caramel macchiatos are a staple in my daily meal prep. I put equally as much focus on my personal development through meditation and journalling. I'm happy.

Living a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be an all or nothing kind of thing. It doesn't mean you HAVE to go to the gym - incorporate things like running and yoga. It doesn't mean you HAVE to eat salad all day - try flexible eating.

I used to put so much pressure on myself to create this perfect routine and sure I may have gotten healthier physically, but mentally... I was deteriorating.

Now, I go to the gym because I love it (and I love sweating!). I eat healthy because it makes me feel good BUT I'm also sure that my bloodstream is half @brickworkscider. Candy is a food group and my serving size of cereal is enough for a family. Some days my bed wins and I don't get up, other days 5am and I meet and we rock the day together.

As we leave France, my heart is SO full of gratitude. I really don’t know where to begin. I couldn’t have even dreamed of having the life I have now before Arbonne, and I certainly didn’t think Arbonne would be the vehicle to having all that I have today. If I knew 4 years ago what I knew today, I would have never had a single doubt or hesitation when it came to jumping into this incredible business. Because of Arbonne, my life looks SO different. In 2015, I was a freshman in college, unsure of my future, racking up college debt & dreading entering the “real world”. I began to pray for an opportunity that would allow me to make an impact & an income. God answered and my mother in law invited me to a Healthy Happy Hour... I went honestly just to be a warm butt in the seat and thought Arbonne was for people who had nothing better to do. Needless to say, I was wrong. I left the get together intrigued by the 30 Days To Healthy Living and begged my dad to let me do it! 3 days in, I broke a year long weight plateau, my skin cleared up & my digestive system started working. I felt it would be SO selfish of me not to share it with others. Against my parents’ skepticism, I decided to become a consultant, borrowed the $ from my dad and 13 months later, I earned my white Mercedes, 11 months later I promoted to the top of the company where the monthly average income is 22k+ & today there are 17 of us and counting on my team that are Vice Presidents, driving a Benz, living a life of freedom & choices and countless others who are using Arbonne as their vehicle to achieve their dreams. Because of Arbonne, Cory and I get to travel the world thru the trips I’ve earned, we get to spend every day together, we get to give where God has called us to give and I get to help others live their best lives. Arbonne is truly a place where ordinary people can do extraordinary things and I couldn’t be more thankful for this opportunity. I would say “yes” a million times over. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again- I won’t stop sharing this amazing opportunity until thousands upon thousands of lives are changed in a mighty way.

13 Kilo verloren und jetzt ist Gewicht halten angesagt. 🤘🏻 Gym kommt momentan viel zu kurz, zur Zeit trifft man mich dort nur im Solarium an. 😂 Nachdem meine Schleimbeutelentzündung in beiden (!!!) Sitting here thinking about how grateful I am for so many amazing things in my life. Sometimes I get so caught up I literally forget to stop and breathe. 
The last couple of days I have made that my mission to unwind and leave the other things behind me. 
Life is short and we really don’t know when our last breath will be - so for me I want to make sure that I love what I am living. 
Sometimes we have something so amazing right in front of us and we take it for granted or are too busy looking at all the problems around to enjoy it and be thankful for the fact God has given us this.
