Last night’s workout: Leg Day 😁
Video 1 is some examples of how I’m working on strength with variability, especially trot. BUT... swipe right for something I have never shown on IG:
Video 2 is THE ENTIRE SESSION. In real-time, it was about 7 minutes. My husband only stopped filming for a couple seconds... you are seeing everything he filmed (99.999 %)
I could talk about it, but I’ll just leave it here : feel free to ASK questions or comment any thoughts you have.
A few facts:
* in the whole session, he got 7 or 8 treats I think.
* he is — of my horses — the one who has been doing this the longest time.
* this is a TYPICAL “strength” workout, except now he sometimes has weights in the saddle.
* 12 minutes is probably the longest he has “worked hard” in the last two years. But he is all-in for most of it.
