STAY AMBITIOUS WITHOUT STRESS \
can you believe the year is half over? you’ve been working hard, crossing off those to do lists + making headway towards your goals for the year. it’s also nearly summer so that also means time-off, holidays, weddings, parties, events. we are busy! here’s how to stay focused on your goals without getting totally stressed out.
DECIDE WHAT YOU NEED MORE OF
may be holding yourself more accountable, asking for help, delegating takes, hiring someone to clean your house, more play time, more sleep, more time with your friends, a supportive person to talk with, more time to exercise, ways to cook/consume healthier meals.
DECIDE WHAT YOU CAN REMOVE
what isn’t a priority? or what can be removed from your “priority list”. ask yourself, “what’s overwhelming me? what is blocking my goals?” NOW, TIME BLOCK IT OUT
we need schedules. even the brightest people cannot rely solely on their memory 🧠. schedule what supports your vision, your energy, and your boundaries. this is where your personal rituals come into play. make room and time for those! schedule it in.
and if you haven’t met your goals yet? try flipping the switch on your inner dialogue. focus more on what you have already done & accomplished. it’s more helpful to acknowledge the effort + energy we have already put in then to be looking miles ahead.
